THE HEART OF DHAMMAKAYA

MEDITATION Nibbana (or Nirvana) cannot be made an object of thought or sense, it is unimaginable,
as said by Lord Buddha in Nibbana Sutta II : « Hard is the infinite to fathom ; truth is no easy thing to see. Craving is pierced by the one who knows. For him who seeth, naught remains. »

Why do We Meditate Meditation is not reserved for Buddhists only. It will also help people from other religions to fully comprehend the depths of their religion. It has countless benefits for people in all walks of life. First let us have a look at the mere physical benefits.Pulse and breathing slow down considerably, giving the body deep rest, beneficial for cell regeneration. (to be continued soon...)

Our thesis is that the human coefficient of intellectual activity is of the utmost importance…the producers are an essential part of the product.
_ LOGAN WILSON,
THE ACADEMIC MAN
Do you see a certain parallel between the universities and the intellectual power on the Internet ?

You can secure certain formal requirements [in a university], That lectures are given at stated times and that institutions and students are in attendance. But the heart of the matter is beyond all regulation. _ ALFRED NORTH WHITEHEAD , « universities and their functions » (1928)
Culture and the institutions that sustain it have always depended on enlightened patronage. That is true for the modern, sophisticated research university as it was for Michelangelo and Mozart.
It is a somewhat more recent truth, however, one born out of the rise of modern organizations, that their fate lies largely in the hands of those who work in them. _ ROBERT M.ROSENZWEIG, THE RESEARCH UNIVERSITIES AND THEIR PATRONS
